Pura Brasa Platja d’Aro breaks away from traditional charcoal cooking, offering a modern grill experience on the Costa Brava. Its open kitchen, centered around the Josper charcoal oven —a benchmark in top restaurants worldwide— invites guests to enjoy a unique culinary experience in a contemporary, laid-back setting. Perfect for gatherings with friends, family meals, or a relaxed after-work. The restaurant features several outdoor terraces and private dining areas for events.

Every project is unique, and this time we faced a major challenge: designing, manufacturing and installing a 15-meter-long hood, adapted to the kitchen’s complex architecture. To achieve this, we developed a special construction method, incorporating joints for columns and beams, along with custom-designed elements to optimize extraction in a space with structural constraints.
The Indok hood features an air supply system, both at the front and inside (induction), enhancing the extraction of large volumes of smoke. Its equipment includes high-efficiency filters that help extend the lifespan of the extraction box and simplify cleaning, ensuring optimal performance.
We’re very proud to have been part of this project alongside partners such as the architecture studio GAC 3000, achieving a custom solution that combines innovation, functionality, and efficiency.



Whenever the project demands it, Morgui’s engineering team rolls up their sleeves and prepares the necessary technical drawings to ensure the work and installation are a complete success.
