

Casamar in Llafranc
This is the kitchen of the Casamar restaurant in Llafranc. It features one of our extractor hoods, specifically the Garòs model.
Casamar Restaurant & Hotel is a family-run establishment located on an elevated area overlooking the bay of Llafranc, offering guests fantastic views. Its cuisine is modern, full of character, and highlights regional products from l’Empordà. The restaurant also embraces sustainable, environmentally respectful cooking practices.
The high standards of chef Quim Casellas, who heads the kitchen at Casamar, have earned them a Michelin star for ten consecutive years.
The kitchen renovation was designed by architect Anna Sabrià in 2018 and was selected in the Girona Architecture Awards under the interior design category. We are very grateful to have collaborated with Complet Hotel on this project.

The Garòs hood is our most compact model: featuring air supply, LED lighting, and now also air induction.
The Garòs island extraction hood, made of AISI 304 stainless steel and welded in a single piece, ensures high resistance and durability. Designed to meet safety regulations, it includes a fire suppression system with stainless steel pipes, providing effective protection for kitchen equipment.
In addition, this hood is equipped with LED lighting through IP54-rated sealed luminaires, offering a high luminous efficacy of 175 lm/W and a colour temperature of 4000K. This lighting system delivers the 500 lux recommended by regulations, ensuring excellent light quality and high visual comfort in the working area.
