For over 25 years, Morgui has been achieving new milestones thanks to the professionalism and commitment of its team and the trust of its clients and suppliers.
1997
Jordi Morgui & Maite Esteve founded Morgui Clima S.L.
The exhaust hoods INDOK, VILAK, HORNO, COMPAK, BLOK, SMALL & its in-house design filters are launched in the market. Besides, the CUBIC, BASIC & CD fan boxes were put on sale.
1998/99
Morgui attends the HOSTELCO trade show for the first time and became an exhibiting company in all editions to date.
The first company in the sector to launch a website. We moved from Via Trajana to our current facilities at 11-13 Monturiol Street in Badalona.
2001/02
Morgui Instrumentation was born.
Moreover, the UNIC extraction box is created, and we obtain our first ISO 9001 quality certificate.
2005/06
Laia Morgui joins the company and takes over the instrumentation division. Shortly afterwards, the company KIMO Instruments SL is founded.
The first SL model luminaires for exhaust hoods also go on sale.
2008/11
Creation of the 400 mm high hoods: BERET, ARTIES, and the 300 mm model: SLIM. Shortly after, the HIDRO hood was launched at Hostelco 2010, and production began on the stock-ready SILS hood.
In 2011, this major stage of creation and innovation was completed with the design of the new GARÒS hood.
Grease Separators are also added to the catalogue.
2012/13
Beginning of the exclusive distribution of the Produal brand.
In 2013, a new corporate website was launched and the CLUV luminaires were designed for extractor hoods.
2014/16
Roger Morgui joins the company and takes on the digitalization of projects and Technical Direction.
The ORRI, VAPOR, VAPOR FRIG, and VOLT hoods are also introduced.
In 2016, the largest Morgui hood ever was manufactured: 22 meters!
2017/20
The company reaches 20 years of history and begins the generational transition in management.
In 2019, the company experiences significant growth and adds a new warehouse, doubling its space.
During these years, the first project designed with BIM technology is developed, and the GARÒS INDUCTORA and RIALP hoods are created.
2022
Morgui celebrates its 25th anniversary.
We introduce the semi-domestic hood TOSSA.
2024
We launch a new visual identity for the morgui brand and renovate our offices and warehouse.
We take part in the first edition of GUEXT.
We also receive the Delta industrial design award for the Tossa hood.
2025
We launch the current websites of Morgui Ventilation and Morgui Instrumentation.
We participate for the first time in the Gastronomic Forum BCN.
