Frico

The Frico brand was registered in 1936, marking the beginning of a long journey dedicated to the development of heating solutions. Its first major project came with an order from the national railway company, which needed radiators for train carriages. Since then, many products have passed through Frico’s design boards, all sharing a common goal: creating comfort through heating.

From 1960 onwards, Frico began its international expansion, first in the Nordic countries and later throughout the rest of Europe. As its products entered warmer climate markets, there was a growing demand for non-heated air curtains, particularly useful at the entrances of cold rooms and other areas requiring specific thermal control. These products, introduced in the 1980s, have now become widely used solutions worldwide.

Frico designs and develops all its products in-house, paying attention to every detail in terms of performance, design, and energy efficiency, thus ensuring reliable and long-lasting solutions for both commercial and industrial applications.

Today, Frico is part of the Systemair group, an international leader in industrial ventilation, with whom it shares a strong commitment to innovation, quality, and sustainability.
