Welded Filtering Modules
Improving an existing installation by adding filtration capacity while preserving the exterior is always a good option.
Main features
The modules are welded in a single piece up to 6.5 m.
They share the same features as the filter collectors included in the rest of Morgui hoods.
Dimensions
Length: according to customer requirements. Depth: minimum 300 mm in wall-mounted format and 600 mm in central format. Height: 300, 400 or 500 mm.

Materials
Visible parts made of 1 mm thick AISI 304 stainless steel sheet.
Construction
Fully welded in a single piece up to 6.5 m. For larger dimensions, modular construction is applied. From 1 m onwards, they are manufactured with a non-visible external tubular structure that provides greater strength to the assembly. With no visible screws or joints that could cause dripping or dirt accumulation. All sheet steel edges feature a double fold to prevent possible cuts. Custom constructions available on request.
Standard finish
Satin finish on all visible stainless steel surfaces.
Drainage
Grease collection channel fully welded to the main tray, located at the bottom of the filter collector. The tray includes a drainage plug.
Filters
Stainless steel plate filters AISI 430 polished (thickness = 0.4 mm). DIN 18869-5:2007-08 compliant. Filters are included, and their size depends on the module height.
