Main features
Extractor hood welded in a single piece up to 6.5 meters long. Specifically designed for high-production kitchens, thanks to its excellent smoke retention capacity, with a 50 cm body and a 49 cm filter plenum.
Compatible with the addition of an extraction plenum with removable regulation dampers, as well as a front air supply plenum with perforated distribution.
Dimensions
Width: according to customer request. Depth: from 800 to 1,200 mm. Height: 500 mm. Recommended plenum height: from 200 to 400 mm.

Materials
Visible parts made of 1 mm thick AISI 304 stainless steel sheets. Non-visible external tubular structure and ceiling made of galvanized steel.
Construction
Hood fully welded in one piece up to 6.5 m. For larger sizes, construction is modular. Manufactured with an external non-visible tubular frame that provides greater strength to the whole unit, without visible screws or joints that could cause dripping or dirt accumulation. All edges of the steel sheets have a double fold to prevent possible cuts. The lower edge of the front panel is rounded to avoid accidental impacts. All extraction plenums include removable balancing dampers. The supply plenum includes internal insulation to prevent condensation. Custom constructions on request, with all kinds of adaptations for beams, columns, and other structural elements.
Standard finish
Satin finish on all visible stainless steel surfaces. Includes the Morgui logo on the left side of the front panel. Air supply is provided through perforations on the front. Check the customization section for all available configuration and adaptation options.
Morgui hoods are delivered ready to facilitate installation: with welded slots and threaded plates, and wall or ceiling supports to help fix them to the building structure. These elements serve as a base, but final installation requires additional materials and fixings according to each project.
Drainage
Fully welded grease collection channel along the entire perimeter of the hood, connected to the main tray at the bottom of the filter collector. The tray includes a drain plug.
Filters
AISI 430 stainless steel baffle filters (bright e=0.4), size 490x490x50 mm. DIN 18869-5:2007-08 compliant. Included with the hood.
Vilak TC
Wall-mounted or central hood section without plenum (closed ceiling) to connect the extraction duct directly to the filter collector.
Vilak ILU
Vilak TC base model with the addition of Morgui LED luminaires.
