Main features
Morgui filtered ceilings are highly customizable and built to measure, with the aim of adapting to the kitchen and achieving an aesthetic effect of continuity and fullness.
Unlike other ventilated ceilings, all filter collectors are closed or have an individual plenum, from which the smoke is directly extracted, without compromising the false ceiling or other spaces that should remain accessible. In this way, the extraction system is more controllable, efficient, and clean. Following the same design and construction criteria, the stainless steel ceiling panels located between the collectors are accessible. This makes maintenance access much easier.
Dimensions
Length: according to customer requirements. Depth: minimum 600 mm. Height: 300 mm. Recommended plenum height: from 200 to 400 mm.
Materials
Visible parts made of 1 mm thick AISI 304 stainless steel sheet. Inner tubular structure and non-visible components made of galvanized steel.
Construction
Modular construction, with collectors, air supply plenums, and lighting according to installation requirements. Manufactured with an external non-visible tubular structure that provides greater robustness to the assembly, with no visible screws or joints that could cause dripping or dirt accumulation. All sheet steel edges feature a double fold to prevent possible cuts. The lower edge of the front is rounded to prevent accidental bumps. All extraction plenums include removable balancing dampers. The supply plenum includes internal insulation to prevent condensation. Custom-made constructions, with all types of adaptations for beams, columns, and other structural elements.
Standard finish
Satin finish on all visible stainless steel surfaces. Includes the Morgui logo on the left side of the front. Air supply is provided through perforations on the front. See the customization section for all available configuration and adaptation options.
Morgui hoods are delivered ready for easy installation: with slots and welded threaded plates, and wall or ceiling supports to aid attachment to the building structure. These elements serve as a base, but final installation requires additional materials and fixings depending on each project.
Drenatge
Grease collection tray fully welded at the bottom of all filter collectors. The tray includes a drainage plug.
Filters
Stainless steel plate filters AISI 430 polished (thickness = 0.4 mm) 490x250x25 mm. DIN 18869-5:2007-08. Included with the ventilated ceiling.
