Morgui Super Efficiency Filter
The most effective filtration against smoke, grease and soot. The best option for demanding kitchens that need maximum filtration performance.
Main features
It features an innovative labyrinth design that forces the extracted air through multiple changes of direction, generating acceleration that, through tangential velocity, expels grease particles onto the blades, sliding down to the hood tray or filtration equipment, improving overall performance. The air passage surfaces in the acceleration zones and the curvature of the filter blades are designed to avoid unnecessary pressure drops.
Filters should be placed in the filter holder tray of the hood collector, with the blades in a vertical position.

Materials
Stainless steel sheet AISI 430, 0.4 mm thick. Available on request in AISI 304.
Construction
Double folding on all sheet metal edges to prevent accidental cuts. The filters include a metal frame with drainage around its perimeter, directing the filtered residues to the hood’s grease collection tray.
Standards
Fire classification: A1 according to UNE 23727-90 standard. Quality: DIN 18869-5: 2007-08.
