Morgui Plate Filter
Morgui filters are an effective filtration and fire safety solution with an unbeatable visual impact.
Main features
It incorporates a complete labyrinth that forces the incoming air through a double acceleration, which, by tangential velocity, expels grease particles toward the baffles and makes them slide down to the hood tray or filtration unit. The air passage surfaces in the acceleration zones and the curvature of the filter baffles are designed to prevent unnecessary pressure drops.
Filters must be placed in the hood’s filter-holding tray, with the baffles in a vertical position.

Materials
Stainless steel sheet AISI 430, 0.4 mm thick. Rivets also made of stainless steel. Available on request in AISI 304.
Construction
Double folding on all sheet edges to prevent accidental cuts. The filters feature a metal frame with perimeter drains that channel the filtered residues towards the grease collection tray of the extractor hood.
Standards
Fire classification: A1 according to UNE 23727-90 standard. Manufactured according to DIN 18869-5:2007-08 standard, following DIN CERTCO, UNE100-165-2004, and DBSI-1.
