Main features
Extractor hood welded in a single piece up to 6.5 m in length. Especially suitable for kitchens with limited height, thanks to its low-profile design of 400 mm in height.
Compatible with the addition of an air extraction plenum with removable regulation dampers, as well as a front air supply plenum via punching.
Dimensions
Length: according to customer requirements. Depth: minimum 800 mm for wall-mounted format and 1,200 mm for central format. Hood height: 400 mm. Recommended plenum height: from 200 to 400 mm.

Materials
Visible parts made of 1 mm thick AISI 304 stainless steel sheet. Internal tubular structure and non-visible components made of galvanized steel.
Construction
Hood fully welded in a single piece up to 6.5 m. For larger sizes, the construction is modular. Manufactured with an external non-visible tubular structure that provides great robustness to the assembly, with no visible screws or joints that could cause dripping or dirt accumulation. All sheet metal edges have double folds to prevent possible cuts. The lower edge of the front is rounded to avoid accidental impacts.
All extraction plenums include removable balancing dampers. The supply plenum features internal insulation to prevent condensation. Custom-built on demand, with all kinds of adaptations for beams, columns, and other structural elements.
Standard finish
Satin finish on all visible stainless steel surfaces. Includes the Morgui logo on the left side of the front panel. Air supply is provided through perforations on the front. See the customization section for all available configuration and adaptation options.
Morgui hoods are delivered ready to facilitate installation: with welded slots and threaded plates, and wall or ceiling supports to help fix them to the building structure. These elements serve as a base, but final installation requires additional materials and fixings according to each project.
Drainage
Grease collection channel fully welded around the entire perimeter of the hood and connected to the main tray, at the bottom of the filter collector. The tray includes a drainage plug.
Filters
AISI 430 stainless steel plate filters, glossy (e=0.4), 490×400×50 mm. Standard DIN 18869-5:2007-08. Included with the hood.
Beret TC
Wall-mounted or central hood section without plenum (closed ceiling) to connect the extraction duct directly to the filter collector.
Beret ILU
Beret TC base model with the addition of Morgui LED luminaires.
Beret CADÍ
Option to manufacture with a sloped visor on all Beret models.
