Main features

Single-inlet ventilation box with belt-driven motor, designed for smoke extraction. Incorporates the VCU/TSA F fan with 400 °C/2 h certification.

All panels are fully removable, greatly facilitating maintenance, cleaning, and component replacement, resulting in time and cost savings. Structure is also detachable.

Also available with sandwich finish (double-wall insulation) and a backward-curved blade fan.

Although possible, installing single-phase motors is not recommended. If the installation has a single-phase supply, a converter can be installed to switch to three-phase.

Materials

Casing, side panels and galvanized steel profiles. Nylon corner pieces.

Construcció

Manufactured with profiles and removable side panels. Entire structure is detachable. The casing includes internal insulation of Politec B-S3 d0 foam, 10 mm thick. Includes a circular sleeve with standardized diameter at the suction inlet. Equipped with a cable gland for electrical connection.

Componentes

-Single-inlet centrifugal fan, belt-driven motor with forward-curved blades. Model VCU/TSA F, 400 °C/2 h according to EN 12101-3:2002. -Three-phase B3-IE2 motor with IP55 protection. It is important to incorporate a frequency converter to comply with Energy Efficiency regulations. -Tensioning base. -Transmission via SPZ V-belts and two-piece pulleys: hub and crown. -Elastic anti-vibration joint 45/60/45, fire-rated A1, on suction and discharge openings. -Easily removable METU-type flanges on the extraction inlet and suction side. -Internal dampers: rubber for models 9/4 to 18/9, metallic for models 20/10 to 30/14.

Finishes

The Morgui logo is included on the side opposite the suction inlet, in the upper left corner. On the same side, in the lower right corner, the electrical hazard and entrapment warning labels are applied. Above these, the manufacturing label is placed, showing component details and the CE certification.

Standards

400 °C/2 h: Certificate 0370-CPR-0463, according to EN 12101-3:2002, referenced in UNE 100165:2004 and DBSI CTE. CE machinery safety directive: 2006/42/EC. Energy efficiency: Directive 640/2009 according to IEC 60034-30 standard.
