Rectangular Galvanized Steel Duct

Galvanized steel rectangular ducting optimizes available space when installation heights are limited, making it a common solution in parking garages, retail spaces, industrial kitchens, warehouses, and commercial buildings.

We manufacture custom-made rectangular ducts and accessories to meet the specific needs of each project, adapting to the dimensions, routing, and technical requirements of the installation.

Main features

The rectangular duct complies with UNE 100-101 and UNE 100-102 standards, which specify its manufacturing. It also meets the fire classification standards of 300º for 90 minutes for parking areas and 400º for 2 hours.

Straight sections are manufactured up to a maximum length of 1.5 m, with the remaining accessories custom-made. They can be connected using a sleeve joint or METU-type profiles.

On request, the rectangular duct can be internally lined with M1 insulating material with A2 fire classification.

The lateral sheets of the ducts are reinforced with slight corrugation, replacing the diamond-tip system. The locking is done using the Pittsburgh system.
