Morgui Grease Separator
The essential accessory in a professional kitchen to separate grease before discharging water into the drain, preventing pipe blockages.
Main features
Operation: 1. On first use, remove the grease separator lid to check that the water level reaches the overflow mark. Replace the lid. 2. Wastewater enters through the inlet pipe into the grease collector, where water is filtered, leaving grease and other residues behind. 3. Once the water is filtered in the chamber, it can be discharged through the drain outlet. 4. Periodically, clean the collector using a scoop or strainer. Occasionally, remove the sludge collector and empty the accumulated residues.
