Roof extractor for smoke extraction in risk areas with 400 °C / 2 h (F400) certification. Available with tilting ABS or aluminium hood.
Main features
The rounded hood design is specifically engineered to minimize the risk of rainwater ingress, even under gusty wind conditions.
Equipped with a tilting system for opening the motor-impeller assembly. This system allows easy maintenance and cleaning without dismantling the entire structure. Opening is possible at two approximate tilt angles: 45° and 90°, depending on service requirements.
Maximum continuous operating temperature: airflow: 80 °C, ambient: from 60 °C down to -25 °C (three-phase motors). Official APPLUS certification according to EN 12101-3:2015 Certification No.: 0370-CPR-7343.
Construction
- ABS Model: Structure made of anti-corrosion galvanized steel and roof adaptation support frame with bird protection grille. ABS protection hood, easily removable to access the motor and impeller thanks to the integrated tilting system. The ABS hood is characterized by its toughness and impact resistance and is capable of withstanding extreme ambient temperatures. 100% of the ABS used in the hood is recycled.
- Aluminium Model: Structure made of anti-corrosion galvanized steel or Magnelis® steel, a high corrosion-resistant metallic coating equivalent to a C4 corrosion category finish. Includes roof adaptation support frame with bird protection grille. Protection hood manufactured in corrosion-treated aluminium, easily removable for motor and impeller maintenance thanks to the integrated tilting system.
Impeller
High-efficiency backward-curved (backward-inclined) impellers, designed to operate without volute or scroll housing. Featuring a self-cleaning system and statically balanced. Manufactured from corrosion-treated galvanized steel.
Motor
Standard squirrel cage asynchronous motor with IP55 protection and Class F insulation. Standard voltages: 230V 50Hz for single-phase motors; 230/400V 50Hz for single-speed three-phase motors up to 4 kW; 400/690V 50Hz for higher power ratings; and 400V 50Hz for two-speed motors.
