Intumescent grilles and collars

They are key elements for passive fire protection in ventilation systems.
Main features
Intumescent products react to extreme heat (from around 150-200 °C), expanding to 50 or 100 times their original volume and forming an insulating layer of charred foam that blocks the passage of heat. In ventilation grilles, this expansion completely seals the duct, preventing the spread of fire and smoke to other rooms and helping to preserve the building's integrity during evacuation.
Certified according to UNE-EN13501-2 standard and fire resistance EI 120. Optional with frame. Please inquire about available diameters.
Certificado homologado según norma UNE-EN13501-2 y resistencia al fuego EI 120. Opcional con marco. Consultar diámetros disponibles.
Metal structure painted with layers of intumescent graphite that expands at temperatures above 150°C. The tubes can be made of PVC, polypropylene, polystyrene, HDPE, or ABS.
When wall-mounted, a collar is required on each side of the wall. For slab installations, only the bottom collar is required.
Certified according to EN1366-3:2009. Available diameters up to 530 mm.
