This system is designed and certified for smoke extraction in industrial kitchens (power > 20 kW) and meets all CTE DBSI requirements, including the mandatory inspection and cleaning elements. Its configuration prevents fire propagation for at least 30 minutes, both from the inside outwards and the other way around, in both vertical and horizontal directions.
