Main features
Double inlet centrifugal fans made of Z-275 galvanized steel sheet for high pressures, with metal reaction impeller with Airfoil type blades and Forefinger technology.
The principle is based on taking advantage of the air eddies always present inside the fan casing. As is well known, the recirculation of air currents within the casing is a significant source of losses, which decreases fan efficiency and increases noise. This device, called Forefinger®, actively redirects this recirculated air towards the outlet, systematically improving both aerodynamic and acoustic performance.

Construction
All fan housings are made of galvanized steel sheet and constructed using the Pittsbourgh sealing method, which guarantees a high-quality, airtight seal and a structurally reinforced housing.
This high-performance impeller is made of corrosion-resistant steel, with backward-curved, airfoil-shaped blades welded in place. All impellers are epoxy-coated and statically and dynamically balanced. The impellers are attached to the shaft using a steel or aluminum hub. The hub bore is precision-machined and incorporates a key and locking screw.
The light series (L) is manufactured with a crosshead. The semi-reinforced series (R) is manufactured with side frames and a crosshead. The heavy-duty series (T1) is manufactured with a frame and bearing support. The small reinforced series (T2) is manufactured with a frame and bearing support. It offers higher performance than the R and T1 series, thanks to its Class 2 impeller. The reinforced large series (T2L) is constructed with a frame and bearing support. It offers higher performance than the R and T1 series, thanks to its Class 2 impeller.
