Double Inlet NTHZ T1 Fan by Tecnifan-Comefri

- backward curved centrifugal fan impeller
- Heavy-duty fan
Designed for HVAC applications, high efficiency, compact design, low-energy consumption and quiet operation.

Main features
Double-inlet centrifugal fans manufactured from Z-275 galvanized steel sheet, with a metal reaction impeller and Forefinger technology that improves performance.
The principle is based on taking advantage of the air eddies always present inside the fan casing. As is well known, the recirculation of air currents within the casing is a significant source of losses, which decreases fan efficiency and increases noise. This device, called Forefinger®, actively redirects this recirculated air towards the outlet, systematically improving both aerodynamic and acoustic performance.
Free shaft outlet for pulley and belt drive. With a double shaft end for easy mounting in 8 possible orientations.
All fan housings are made of galvanized steel sheet and constructed using the Pittsbourgh sealing method, which guarantees a high-quality, airtight seal and a structurally reinforced housing. This high-performance turbine is made of stainless steel, with welded, backward-curved blades. All impellers are coated with epoxy paint and are statically and dynamically balanced.
The semi-reinforced (R) series is constructed with side frames and a crosshead. The reinforced (T1) series is constructed with a frame and bearing support.
