IP54 Protection
Centrifugal double-inlet fan with closed motor (IP54), single-phase or three-phase, 4 or 6 poles, 1 or 3 speeds, with internal thermal protector and class F insulation, directly coupled to the impeller and mounted to the side using brackets with natural rubber antivibration mounts.
Main features
They cover 9 sizes, from 5/8 to 15/15, with airflow rates up to 10,000 m³/h and pressures up to 520 Pa. It can be mounted in 4 positions and cover a temperature range from -20ºC to 50ºC.

Materials
Manufactured from Z-275 quality galvanized steel sheet.
Construction
-Double-inlet impeller composed of: inserted blades, central plates, side rings, and shaft hub. -The sides are manufactured in a single piece and joined to the casing using spot welding. The suction inlets, aerodynamically designed for higher efficiency, are integrated into them. -Housings are assembled using spot welding. All weld points are coated with anti-rust paint. This assembly system, combined with the sheet metal thickness and stamped ribs, provides high strength and rigidity to the housing. -Aerodynamically designed deflector to prevent possible turbulence. Connection to the casing is made with a system of die-cut parts and screws, allowing easy removal of the impeller. -Support feet made from galvanized and stamped sheet metal. They provide rigidity and stability to the fan and incorporate rubber antivibration mounts to prevent vibrations (optional). -Specially designed mounting brackets, attached to the side of the housing with screws and placed between motor and support, with natural rubber antivibration mounts. -Closed motor IP54, single-phase (default) or three-phase, with four- to six-pole capacitor, specifically designed for this fan. It includes an integrated junction box with cable gland, housing the capacitor and connection terminal. Speed can be adjusted with the VFS frequency inverter, 220 V single-phase input and same output.
Optional: 1. Three-speed motor, controllable with the 0+3 position switch VCON 3V. 2. External rotor motor. Speed can be adjusted with the VRVM voltage regulator.
