Main features

Ventilation box with double-inlet centrifugal fan and belt-driven motor, designed for air renewal. Incorporates the VCTM fan with backward-curved blades.

All panels are removable, greatly facilitating maintenance, cleaning, and component replacement. This results in time and cost savings. The structure is also detachable.

Also, available with sandwich finish (double wall with insulation).

Although possible, we do not recommend installing single-phase motors. If the installation is single-phase, a converter can be installed to provide a three-phase signal.

Materials

Casing, side panels and galvanized steel profiles. Nylon corner pieces.

Construction

Manufactured with profiles and removable side panels. The entire structure is demountable. Fan mounted on a linear base. With blind suction, allowing connection to be adapted as needed, using a circular or rectangular flange. The casing includes internal Politec foam insulation, B-S3 d0 rated, with a thickness of 10 mm.

Components

-Double inlet centrifugal fan with belt-driven motor and forward-curved blades. Model VCTM/TDA SR for sizes 9/9 to 18/18, or R for 20/20 to 30/28. -Three-phase B3-IE2 motor with IP55 protection. It is important to incorporate a frequency converter to comply with Energy Efficiency regulations. -Tensioning base. -Drive system with SPZ V-belts and two-piece pulleys (hub and crown). -Anti-vibration flexible joint 45/60/45, A1 fire-rated, on the discharge side. Maximum temperature 80 °C. -Internal dampers: rubber for sizes 9/9 to 18/18, metallic for 20/20 to 30/28.

Finishes

The Morgui logo is included on the side opposite the suction inlet, in the upper left corner. On the same side, in the lower right corner, the electrical hazard and entrapment warning labels are applied. Above these, the manufacturing label is placed, showing component details and the CE certification.
