The smaller sibling of the CUBIC and larger than the CD. Suitable for all installations with a standard duct run, low pressure losses, and no need for disassembly.
Main features
Ventilation box with double-inlet centrifugal fan and belt-drive motor, designed for clean air extraction or supply in commercial spaces, industrial kitchens, or general ventilation applications. Incorporates the VBAS-L fan with forward-curved blades.
Side panels are removable with screws, greatly facilitating maintenance, cleaning, and component replacement. This translates into time and cost savings.
Although possible, we do not recommend installing single-phase motors. If the installation has a single-phase supply, a frequency inverter can be installed to convert the signal to three-phase.

Materials
Galvanized steel sheet.
Construction
Fan mounted on a linear base, with support feet. Side panels are removable with screws. Blind cover for the suction inlet, optional. Casing with thermo-acoustic insulation made of 10 mm thick closed-cell polyethylene foam (Politec B-S3 D0).
Components
-VBAS-L/TDA-L double-inlet centrifugal fan with forward-curved blades. -Three-phase B3-IE2 motor with IP55 protection. -Speed regulation with a frequency converter is recommended. -SPZ V-belts and two-piece pulleys: hub and rim. -Tensioning base. -Rubber dampers.
Finishes
The Morgui logo is included on the side opposite the suction inlet, in the upper left corner. On the same side, in the lower right corner, the electrical hazard and entrapment warning labels are applied. Above these, the manufacturing label is placed, showing component details and the CE certification.
Standards
