Acrylic Sealant
MAXX sealant is ideal for sealing smoke extraction ducts in comemrcial kitchens.
Properties
Neutral odor. Grey color. Resistant to aging and weather changes. Excellent adhesive properties. Solvent- and silicone-free. Can be painted over.
Instructions for use
Apply in the absence of moisture, dust, oils, and grease. Avoid water exposure during the first 24 hours. Use only in well-ventilated areas. Avoid contact with eyes.
Standards
Fireproof insulation: Fire classification M1 according to SPNE 7556-97. Hygiene: According to VDI 6022 standard and DIN EN ISO 846.
MAXX (FLADCONMX)
For kitchen ducts. Basic raw materials: Hybrid MS polymer. Temperature resistance: -40 °C to +80 °C (up to 100 °C for short periods and up to +120 °C for a single period). Working temperature: +5 °C to +40 °C. Curing time: approximately 30 minutes. Resistant to UV rays, water, and weather. Very low loss level.
Format: 290 ml cartridge (applicable with a sealant gun).
PLAST (FLADCOND & FLADACRBO5)
For generic ventilation ducts. Basic raw materials: polyacrylic dispersion. Temperature resistance: -20 °C to +80 °C. Working temperature: +5 °C to +40 °C. Resistant to light, weather changes, and aging. Curing time: approximately 2 mm in 24 h.
Formats: 310 ml cartridge (applicable with a sealant gun) or 5 kg container.
